Our plan preparation process goes through 3 distinct phases:
PHASE I: In this phase, a lot of our focus is spent on learning about your business, your market and your competitors. Time is spent understanding your management style, your business objectives and risk tolerance. Tracking and benchmarking is established, interaction methods are developed and agreed upon and your plan preparation begins on our end. This phase generally takes 7 working days.
PHASE II: The focus in this phase is to complete the first plan draft in its entirety. This process lasts 7 working days.
PHASE III: Revisions are made to the draft copy of your marketing plan and the plan is finalized for implementation. At this point the plan is created and implementation of the plan is necessary.
The value of our marketing plan preparation service is $1995 and includes all plan preparation and revision interactions, all plan revisions necessary for final plan completion and 2 hours of final copy plan review time via telephone or webinar.
Because each marketing plan goes through these 3 stages, because each market is unique and because each company is different, we offer a plan implementation program to assist you in implementing the plan and monitoring its progress. We offer this service at the hourly rate of $250 an hour with a minimum 5 hour retainer, reduced to $215 an hour if you’d like to pre-pay for 20 hours at a time to be used at your discretion. There are no long term commitments or obligations, no complex billing statements to decipher and there’s always a constant focus on bringing you top return for your dollar at all times. And, if for any reason you no longer need us, we’ll refund the unused portions of your retainer. That’s our no risk guarantee to you.
